Join Brooke Willis, Certified Chocolatier of B Cocoa Artisan Chocolates & Sweets, and learn how to create truffles in the European tradition using only the finest European couverture chocolate. You will gain hands on chocolate knowledge: tempering, ganache piping, hand rolling, enrobing or moulding. This class will dive deeper into how to make your own truffles and when you finish, you’ll have 30 truffles to enjoy that were made by your own two hands!
About our instructor:
While Brooke was living in England, she happened to take a chocolate making workshop from a local chocolatier as a gift for her husband. This inspired her to enroll in the Ecole Chocolat where she became a certified chocolatier and then she pursued more experience by trying chocolates from all over Europe, asking questions of the chocolatiers and developing her own recipes, style and business.
